What local AI will not do
It won’t replace people’s decisions and doesn’t know documents you haven’t given it. A model running on your hardware is smaller than the best cloud models, so it writes free-form text and code less well. On documents, the answer rests on a quoted passage you can always check. That is why we can test on your documents before you buy hardware.

Memory prices in 2026 are rising by tens of percent a year. The recommendation lists current prices and availability on the day it is sent.
Training · KFS
Hardware only pays off when people know how to use it. We train on your own hardware and documents. The National Training Fund (KFS) covers up to 70% of training costs, up to 90% for firms with up to 9 people. Digital and AI skills are among the KFS priorities for 2026.

No. We don’t sell hardware. You get a recommendation with current prices and shops, buy it yourself, outright or on lease, and we configure it. We can also check whether hardware you already have will do.
An example for 20 people in one office: an NVIDIA GB10 computer for about PLN 20–31k net, which you buy yourself and which stays yours. Then our services: setup from PLN 12,000, training from PLN 3,000 (often subsidised by KFS) and care from PLN 900 a month. In the first year the services come to PLN 25,800 net in total; after that you only pay for care. You get an exact quote after the free hardware advice.
You get the hardware recommendation within 1 business day. Purchase time depends on the shop and availability. Configuration takes a few business days after delivery, even with several devices, because we configure them together. Training is half a day.
Nothing for hardware advice or the demo. Setup is paid after sign-off, once the system works on every device and has passed a test on your documents. Care is billed monthly.

For a small team, cloud subscriptions can be cheaper and we’ll say so. Then we’ll help you choose a tool, configure it and train the team. Companies choose their own hardware when data shouldn’t leave the company, when the system must work without internet, or when the team is large, because you don’t pay per seat.
For questions about documents, summaries and data extraction it is sufficient, because the answer rests on a quoted passage. For free-form writing of long texts and code, the best cloud models are better today. That is why we can show the system on your documents during the call and test it before you buy hardware.
Monitoring alerts us to a problem, often before your team notices, and we fix most issues remotely as part of care. If the hardware itself fails, the manufacturer or shop handles the warranty claim. We help you file it, and after repair or replacement we restore the whole configuration from backup, so documents and settings are not lost.
Better models that fit the same hardware appear every few months, and new security patches every month. Hardware under care gets better every quarter; without it, it stays with the model from installation day. Each month you get a report on what we did.
No one without your consent. You open remote access for the duration of the work, every connection is logged, and the rules are set out in a processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR). You can also opt out of remote access and schedule on-site visits.
