What data we collect and why
- Call booking form: name, email, phone (optional), information about your company and your preferred date, to schedule a call and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also save the first step of the form if you don’t complete the remaining steps, so that we can contact you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Hardware advisor and checklist: your email address and your answers in the calculator, to send you the recommendation or checklist and to follow up on it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Monthly newsletter: your email address, only if you tick a separate consent box and confirm the sign-up by email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time using the link in every message. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
- Spam protection for forms: IP address, the time taken to fill in the form and a hidden control field, to tell people from bots (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Use of the website: traffic source (UTM parameters), language, page variant and clicks, to measure how well the website works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website does not use tracking cookies.
- Browser storage: the website stores in your browser (localStorage and sessionStorage) the page variant, your choice in the consent banner, a queue of form submissions that could not be sent (so they can be sent again), the email address you entered, so it can prefill further forms, and minor settings such as a dismissed information bar. This data stays on your device until it is sent in a form, and no tracking cookies are used for it.
Recipients of data
Your data is processed on our behalf by our service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, form handling), Brevo SAS, Paris (contact database and email delivery, data stored in the EU) and providers of tools for handling enquiries (such as a CRM or automation tools), if we use them. Some recipients may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA, on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data.
How long we keep data
We keep form data for 12 months after the last contact and, if we sign a contract, for its duration and until any claims become time-barred. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and port it, to restrict its processing and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot schedule a call or send you materials.
